AFFIRMATIONS & THOUGHTS TO PONDER

1. I am a child of God, I am loved completely.
   
   
2. I belong here, to grow and to flower.
   
   
3. God has a perfect plan for me. He is unfolding it with each step I take.
   
   
4. I accept myself the way I am, with unconditional love for myself.
   
   
5. God is always present with me as my inner guidance and my peace, available to me in stillness as my own conscience.
   
   
6. That tender place inside my heart gives me compassion whenever I need it.
   
   
7. Compassion for myself cements my connection with God & my love for others.
   
   
8. Nothing or no one can ever take God away from me.
   
   
9. I am learning how to be one with God and with myself more each day.
   
   
10. When I surrender, God takes away all burdens.
    
    
11. God gives me what I need in His own time.
    
    
12. The less I think I know, the more I am able to feel. Through feeling my connection with God grows in love.
    
    
13. Every moment God is ready to wash away all grief; all anger, all doubt & pain.
    
    
14. There is nothing but God, and we are His handiwork.
    
    
15. All of us are children of the One God. He wants nothing from us but our love.
    
    
16. Through self-forgiveness comes all love, harmony, healing & peace and forgiveness of others.
    
    
17. God answers all prayers, whenever it is best for us.
    
    
18. Miracles happen when we turn over all our struggles to Him. Everything is possible.
    
    
19. God is perfect goodness & love.
    
    
20. I am no longer a victim of my own weaknesses or of anyone else's abuse. I have surrendered all to God, Who can heal anything.
    
    
21. Dwelling upon the past brings guilt; living in the future produces fear. Now is all there is!
    
    
22. I have no past & no future, only this precious moment to pour into it all my passion for living.
