CONNECTING
WITH MY TRUE NATURE

- My
true nature is love, harmony, peace, joy & all good. When I allow myself
to feel the connection with my heart, all good is revealed.

My connection to my Self is revealed when I let go of the cloud of guilt,
grief, anger and resentment that I have taken upon myself.
-
By surrendering to the Higher Power within me, this cloud is lifted from
me.
-
When I make time for my Self through stillness to become aware of my heart,
the best within me is revealed.
-
Each day when I make time for this goodness to surface, the bond with my
heart is secured, enhanced and cemented.
-
The goodness I feel within my own Self is independent of anyone else. The
more I focus on it, the greater are its gifts to me.
-
What I meditate upon I become.
-
I invoke sureness, confidence and strength within me each moment.

When I allow myself to feel compassion for myself, my heart opens, and I
release all pain and negativity.
-
My own heart is an infinite supply of love and compassion that is available
to me and spills out in all directions.
-
Greater self-esteem comes by forgiving myself and others.
-
Guilt stands in the way of my greater self-esteem.
-
I trust more and more in my own Self--my true nature which is love and that
voice of truth within me, which is my conscience.
-
By being honest with myself and allowing this voice of truth to guide me
from within, my own self-worth strengthens.
-
I am the only one to whom I must account. My relationship with the Higher
Power within me is all that matters.
-
Success is measured by how strong my connection is with that Higher Power.
Nothing else matters.

Everything else falls into place perfectly, when I pay attention to this
connection.
-
I have only to observe the stars and planets, the ocean and the trees, plants,
animals and all creation to realize there is a Higher Power in charge.
