MEDITATIONS TO HELP STAY CONNECTED

1. When I am lonely, I have cut off the connection to the Higher Power within me. When I am connected, I feel at peace and in unity with others. I reestablish my connection with my Higher Power by opening myself up to the Eternal Spirit and becoming aware of the Eternal Presence within my heart.
   
   
2. Loneliness can come from poor self esteem. I release all limitation within me and allow the eternal spring of God's love to bubble up to heal me from within.
   
   
3. It is wonderful to connect with others on a heart-to-heart level. This can happen when I accept all the parts of myself. Then I can allow others to come into my heart, for others are just a reflection of what I truthfully see inside myself.
   
   
4. All fear comes from lack of faith. If I have enough faith in the connection within my heart to my higher Spirit Self, all fear, bondage of the past and low self esteem is automatically healed.
   
   
5. The real me inside is soft and loving. I allow the armor of anger, distrust, fear and lack of faith to melt into the light of my Higher Self.
   
   
6. Negative emotions such as anger, fear, guilt, blame, jealousy, obsession, and attachment cloud the mind and heart and make the connection to my Higher Power disappear. When I surrender and let God take away all the negative, I can feel my own love came back to me again.
   
   
7. Forgiveness of my own limitations of the past is the way toward self transformation and harmony within. It can happen just as soon as I forgive myself and feel compassion for whatever I have experienced.
   
   
8. When I sincerely forgive myself, forgiveness of others' failings occurs naturally.
   
   
9. There is nothing as beautiful or as important as establishing that clear connection within my heart to God or my Higher Self. Then I am in perfect rhythm in everything I do, and all is well.
   
   
10. What seems to be negativity within me is just a shadow of past patterning that is not the real me. The real me is loving and open to receive and give love. When I see myself honestly--both my virtues and my faults--and admit them to myself, transformation is possible. I turn over this cloud of negativity to the Higher Power within, who can mold me into pure gold with a touch of His hand.
