is creativity?

expansion; comes by accepting ones' self just as he or she is and every
moment, just as it is, staying focused inside one's heart or center

negativity; ego-based behavior; "I & Mine" separation

poor environment (not conducive to silencing the mind)

lack of self-discipline; (regular schedule helpful)

meditation--one-pointedness

take walk; get up and move; do something else for a while

associate with other creative people; stay away from negative people

relax and let go; let go of past limitations and programming

don't be afraid to try new things every day; don't keep doing the same thing
all the time; don't get stagnant

don't worry about what other people will say

develop love and compassion for all beings--that is the root of all expansion

become a tree or a flower, etc.; that opens new creative channels
-
teach others what you know, and more will be given to you
-
train your senses to become more acute and aware; go through each sense
and become aware (sight, smell, touch)

deep breathing releases stagnation

chanting or toning
-
spend time in nature

writing with left or non-dominant hand
-
raise your vibrations higher, above the problem, and the problem dissolves;
stay in love with each precious moment so no negativity can invade

when feeling negative, go outside at night & gaze at the stars--it will
always make us aware of how small we are & how big God is

relax when tired--do not tax the creative channel
How
- centering
on an emotion inside; let the emotion mold a theme; chose an emotion that
inspires and uplifts; what do you want to communicate?

observe nature; she can teach us

feel all the senses; they seem to help us go deeper inside

lay down on the grass; become the grass--this leads us to a higher height
-
allow images to form in the mind's eye
-
take a paper and pencil with you at all times to jot down ideas and inspiration
or a tape recorder for stream of consciousness--written and speech
