SELF ACCEPTANCE

1. I open my heart to myself. All is well. Everything I truly need is right inside.
   
   
2. When I take the time and give myself the opportunity to sit in silence with myself, each moment reveals what I need.
   
   
3. There is nothing outside me. I am given everything I need from the inside out.
   
   
4. Love begins from within.
   
   
5. However wide and full I can open my heart to myself, as much shall be my contentment.
   
   
6. The more I release guilt, shame, anger and resentment, the more love can emerge from within my own heart for myself and for everyone and everything.
   
   
7. I am here to learn to love myself completely.
   
   
8. The energy of self-acceptance heals everything from deep within my core.
   
   
9. I become one with myself when I invoke self-acceptance and surrender to it deep within my heart.
   
   
10. Money cannot buy self-acceptance, which is all wealth.
    
    
11. When I accept myself just as I am, the world inside and outside is in perfect harmony.
    
    
12. When I accept myself completely, everyone accepts me and every moment is in balance and peace.
